I personally love winters because we can have a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits in our diet. Lacking proper and ample nutrition in your diet can show its effects on your hair and skin for sure. So, make sure you enjoy the winters eating all the healthy vegetables and fruits to ensure that you give a healthy life to your hair.
