Elie Saab Fall 2018 Ready-to-wear collection was full of vast elaborately embellished dresses and gowns. The lineup was not a downer. There was a Victorian influence afoot in an abundance of black gowns with high collars and long sleeves. There were many lace and fringing-strafed evening gowns in black with marabou shivers at the shoulder, arm, and wrist. The designer got logo-mania in a discreet way with an allover emblem monogram that blended quite seamlessly on printed dresses.
Here are some of the best looks from Elie Saab Fall 2018
The vibe was less mourning and propriety than down-to-party indulgence thanks to rich, colorful florals. Also the look featured a semi-belt semi-corset, asymmetric hemline and a neck scarf with fringes.
An asymmetric ruffle skirt and a geometric patterned blouse with an elaborate bow tied on the neck featured with most noteworthy black sequined jacket garlanded with crystals. Further more, ankle boots completed the look.
Saab infused the look with a glam rock vibe in this lace infused dress via long neck scarves, ruffles and vampy over-the-knee boots.
This Lacey blue dress paired with a black big-shouldered knit with drop sleeves, corset and short top hat felt plucked from an Eastern European fairy-tale.
Elie Saab Fall 2018 collection featured the floral pattern in many looks. Fringes, lace, knee high boots were staple, but the addition of fur jacket makes all the difference in the world. Additionally, the dress also seems to have pockets, which we all can agree, they are in demand!
